1. To plan, conduct and report on-going R&D projects that AFTC usually runs for A-KUA. 2. Explore novel application field in footwear industry by creative thinking and develop new PU formulations combined with varied system solutions. 3. Conduct lab trials, machine trials and pilot prepolymer synthesis in the way of well planned, efficiency and target-orientated. 4. Cooperate forwardly with TS and sales on new technical solution promotion to footwear brands and key customers. 5. Secure know-how exchange with Elastogran GKF/U, ELIT and other BASF KU sites, ensure smooth transfer of formulations in a protective way, maintain up-to-date knowledge of recent trend in PU industry 6. Prepare and keep updated professional documentation of all technical activities and trials carried out in-house and at customer site. 7. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
8 years of significant sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable business;
Demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team; previous coaching and management experience is desirable;
Strong business sense with good interpersonal and communications skills;
Good communication skill to involve internal and external resources to achieve overall target.
