-Orientation program to know the company basics
-Introduction to the organization and build interpersonal work relations
-Training support (together with Training Academy) to quickly build full capacity for the job

Requirements:
- Degree in HR management, business administration, or the equivalent
-3-5 years HR generalist experience in well known international companies (auto industry is a plus not a must)
-Additional periods of specialist experience in recruitment, training and development, or compensation and benefits are preferred
-Successful experiences in project management independently
-Possess cultural and political awareness and sensitivity, be able to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and behave proactively on duties
-Be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics and be consistent and fair in standards of conduct
-Experience in a fast growing business environment is a plus
-Profound knowledge in law and regulations related to HR issues
-Knowhow in HR tools including job analysis, qualification matrix, selection methods, performance management, succession planning, retention programs, market surveys, etc.
-Skillful in data collection and analysis
-Excellent communication both in Mandarin and English
-Proficient knowledge in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and well known HRIS (user experience in SAP will be a plus)
