Requirements:
Bachelor degree in engineering or comparable technical background, Construction equipments or auto is preference;
More than 3 years experience in a technical (lubricants and applications) environment;
Experience in distributor management beneficial;
Good communication in English is required;
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical service for growing up sales proceeds, and build up and maintain technical relationship with key account to safeguards existing business. Provide general technical support to Sales and Marketing:
- Build up technical customer intimacy with top key account manager in construction, Mining and fleet sector.
- Lead product and customer value proposition offering in construction, Mining and fleet sector.
- Provide technical support during the market launch of new products
- Prepare customer plant/equipment audits, lubrication surveys, and product rationalization
Audits and conduct field trials, as necessary to support the overall business strategy.
- Provide Occupational Health, safety and product disposal advice to customers and front line sales, in line with local legislation requirements. Actively keep up to date with changes in legislation.
- Provide product application training & HSE advice.
Work with Product Application Specialists in their market:
- Solve customer application problems that are complex
- Transfer knowledge of customer applications & local field problem
- Facilitate interface with Power sector OEMs & other Industry bodies on product application and development issues
- Provide intelligence on new equipment & competitor product applications in their market
- Feedback to Product Application Specialists (PAS) on: business cases, field trials, technical market information and trends, competitor activities, customer feedback. It is a key responsibility of the Leadership, Accountability and Teamwork (LTA) to work with the PAS network to develop the delivery of cross border second line support for lubricants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, prefer to Chemical engineering, Mechanical or Engine.
- At least three years work experience in construction/chemical/auto engineering field or a technical lubricants environment.
- Familiar with industrial equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem resolving capability;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities:
Translate and implement group Contract Procurement (CP) global strategies into local strategies to derive short and long term values for the business.
Engage and align with various levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs and to frame business opportunities for the capital investment projects.
Provide intelligence and sourcing alternatives from market analysis; conduct due diligence on vendors as necessary.
Establish and maintain productive relationship with key capital contract vendors Measure,manage and improve relationships with strategic partners for longer-term service.
Develop a change management process to develop and improve the standard of contract management and in place control on VO(variance order) management.
Prepare,develop and implement capital project overall procurement strategies. Support and align with Regional Procurement Managers and Global Category.Managers in obtaining appropriate internal contract board approvals to execute and award.
Manage local tender process from end-to-end in accordance to CP policies and Shell General Business Principles and embed into Lubricants Supply Chain system.
Support Regional/Global Managers or lead as appropriate,in evaluate commercial quote,conduct negotiation and finalise commercial contract and agreements within mandate. Knowledgeable in use of various CP tools to leverage maximum value for the company .
Maintain CP calendar and schedule to in align with project timeline and drive discipline in execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor degreed in engineering or engineering management background.
More than 8 years of working experience in Engineering or Engineering project management or engineering procurement.
Knowledge in Supply Chain and Procurement processes; Capital Investment Projects experience is a plus.
Posses commercial acumen; mature negotiator.
