Division Qualcomm Atheros Job Area Engineering - Systems Job Function The Digital Verification Engineer will be responsible for the simulation and verification to craft our wireless and SoC ASICs. This position requires working with our architecture/algorithm and design engineers to prove correctness and measure performance of our algorithms and RTL. Responsibilities include developing simulation environments used by our test development team to exercise Matlab and Verilog models, as well as evaluate third party tools and develop methodologies which enhance our ability to produce high quality ASICs. Skills/Experience Qualifications: 1~3 years experience with various verification flows is required, with a proven track record of delivering successful ASICs. A strong background in software is a must, along with familiarity with ASIC design flows. One or more advantages as following are highly desirable: A strong background in digital communication, signal processing and networking protocols; IC DV experiences in wireless communications and audio processing; Experiences with ARM/DSP, AHB bus and External interface development. Good communication skills in English. Skills/Experience: Strong background and experience required in C/C++, Verilog, and ASIC verification techniques. Division Qualcomm CDMA Technology Job Area Procurement Job Function The Supply Manager supports the Qualcomm Reference Design (QRD) project, working with the Shanghai-based R&D team to build the Bill of Materials (BOM) for an efficient ecosystem, and at the same time, ensuring that the hardware components in the BOM are multi-sourced in line with QRD customers supply chains. This position is the driver to support the Product Marketing and Customer Engineering teams, so that the QRD customers can be successful in mass production. The Supply Manager is the advocate for customers requirements as turnkey designs are transferred from QRD R&D to customers. The Supply Manager works with Qualcomms internal Building M Sourcing to ensure the aforementioned alignment and fulfillment within QRD projects.
