LTE FDD Software Senior Engineer   2010-7-27

BACKGROUND INTRODUCTION LTE FDD IceBreaker SH team is to be highly skilled team even though it's newly-built. The team can compete very effectively in the domain of traditional design/development and test, but it will focus on support and problem solving of LTE FDD trial, the more challenge work. JOB SPECIFICATION - Above all it supports demo or field trial of LTE FDD. To solve problem, it needs to debug system at E2E level including UE, eUTRAN and Core network. It has in-depth knowledge in code of all network elements so that it can solve problem quickly by modifying code in workaround ways. - Secondly, it integrates the network elements in advance of system test partially when there are changes at complex interfaces or protocols. - Last, it may be required for developing tools to support system debugging. Requirement: - Bachelor or above - At least 3 year development experience in linux, FPGA or DSP. Integration test experience is a plus. - Rich experience in C/C++ coding, unitary test and debugging; - Deep understanding in E2E scenario of one or more wireless systems (GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/WiMAX/LTE). - Sound knowledge of software architecture of one or more network elements: UE, base station, RAN controller, OMC and core network.
