Responsibilities:
Your primary task will be maintaining data, extracting data and follow up on deviances as a part of a team consisting Finance at headquarters in Denmark as well in China.
You will work with a variance of corporate systems. These will primarily by financial systems such as the Corporate ERP system, Corporate CRM system and Business Intelligence database as well as Excel/SharePoint based systems..
You job task will vary as there the job is part of a newly sourced area for Headquarter Finance. You will be part of an international team with colleagues placed locally in China as well as in Denmark. The job will require weekly or more frequent, communication with the Danish colleagues in Headquarter. All communication with Headquarters is done in English
Among the task that the Chinese based team will have to do include:
· Data extraction for reporting from numerous systems
§ ERP system
§ CRM system
· Responsible for data quality in Corporate Forecast systems
· Run and make data quality reports and follow-up on deviations
· Data administration in Corporate Finance Business Intelligence (BI) database
§ Extract data from various systems, including ERP and CRM
§ Load data to our BI database by means of standardised tools
· Support for HQ Finance
· Reporting for project follow-up
· Maintain and develop financial templates (primarily in Excel)
· Participate in internal Finance projects
· Ad hoc reporting input for management
Qualifications:
You hold an academic degree.
You most likely have 1-2 years of job experience
You have very good English skills, oral and listening as well as writing and reading as your language of communication with HQ is English.
You will have to communicate in English over telephone, person to person and via videoconference.
You are very service minded, systematic and detail orientated as well as flexible and take a structured approach to your work and being responsible comes natural to you.
As you will work with data for management reporting and follow-up you have an interest in numbers and like to ensure things are correct.
Previous experience working with Excel is an advantage.
Working hours are flexible but usually 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM

Your foundation:
You have a relevant education, supplemented by strong skills in SAP QM.
You have experience as a SAP consultant from consultancy or as an internal consultant at a large company - preferably in the pharmaceutical and process industries. Also, you have experience with process analysis and design, and knowledge for performing needs and application-oriented IT design.

Qualifications:
We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience with SAP FI/CO (for example in AP. AR, AM or CO) in the form large projects or solutions, and you must be able to document your experience at an advanced/senior level. It will also be an advantage if you have worked with In-house cash/CFM/ECCS. You have deep insight into how SAP FI/CO creates value for clients – and you are able to pass on your knowledge as a consultant.
You also have several years of experience with IT service delivery and have a bachelor degree education.
Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2 and sales involvement will be an advantage. You of course speak and write English fluently.

With at least 3 years of specialist experience in SAP MM and a thorough understanding of the business processes of firms operating within the logistics area, you now have what it takes to fill a key position in the ERP division of NNIT China, one of fast growing SAP center in Tianjin.
Client-focused tasks and responsibilities
You have a thorough understanding of how SAP can create added value for our clients' business operations. You also have the drive and outgoing personality needed to provide the optimum service and consulting support to some of our largest and most demanding clients in the Danish market. You accept ownership and take the lead in ensuring successful outcomes for the client, through your knowledge and experience.
Your working day will be based on a wide variety of tasks throughout all phases of the solution life cycle: consulting, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance.
You dialogue closely with the client, and become the central contact node for specifying solutions and tasks and then implementing the required changes in the client's organization and SAP systems. This means you have implementation and development responsibility for our relationships with clients and for their SAP solutions, in cooperation with a team of professional and highly-skilled colleagues.
The position will frequently involve working with colleagues and clients in different geographical areas – though you don’t need to have a mobile work, you must be flexible in time wise, well-organized and totally professional in your approach.
You have an outgoing personality and find it easy to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels. You work well with both technical specialists and management, and have the ability to communicate, understand and resolve complex technical and business issues.
Education and Qualifications
We expect you to have at least 3 years' experience, preferred more than 5 years, with SAP MM and/or production in one or more of the SAP modules within Logistics, e.g. SD, QM, PM and APO modules (including PP/DS and SNP). You have worked on large projects or solutions, and you must be able to document your experience at senior/specialist level. You also have several years' experience with IT service delivery management, and probably a bachelor or higher degree. Good English (written & oral) and communication skills is mandatory. Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2 and a past involvement in sales would be an advantage.
