Providing efficient & timely support to regional sales manager and the whole regional sales team and provide supports/co-ordination with various functional teams.
Business Support
1. Maintain Sales Tracking, Field Selling Expense Report, O-chart, Sales Team Contact List up to date with the greatest accuracy and on time.
2. Provide supports in regional sales data collection and analysis, including verification of incentive, hosp. target, monthly hosp. data, IMS and CPA data etc. .
3. Ensure all sales logistics go smoothly, including co-ordinate internal& external meetings arrangement, air-ticket, accommodations, fixed asset management, local procurement, etc.
4. To help superior to manage and track business related bills and payments, to make sure the smooth running of daily business
Administrative Support
5. Assist and support Regional Sales Manager in verbal and written communication within sales team
6. Assist and support supervisor to conduct business review meeting by regularly collating reports from DSM or MR.
7. Maintain tracking record and good storage condition in the local office for printing material, gimmicks, and samples.
8. Maintain a comprehensive and accurate filing system
9. Communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.
Others
1. To fully understand Company's policies, the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and all the relevant code of conduct. In order to explain to the sales team when they implement all activities
2. Other tasks assigned by line manager or Company.
1. University degree, Medicine, Biz Admin or related major will be plus

3. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects accurately and with attention to detail.

1. To promote GSK’s pharmaceutical products in target hospitals in assigned territory and develop and maximize the healthy working relationship with key users in hospitals.
在指定区域的目标医院中推广GSK的药品,同当地医院的使用者发展健康的工作关系并使其达到最佳化。
2. To achieve allocated sales targets in assigned territory for the products at in-market levels through hospitals’ dispensaries and specialist departments to the patients and to control personal expenditures within budgeted or agreed forecast levels for the local sales team in each territory.
完成指定区域内实际通过医院药房和专门科室到达患者手中的药品销售指标,按要求合理控制个人费用。
3. To assist Sales Supervisor/Manager to improve systems and processes that enable sales-force performance to be reviewed and assessed on both quantitative and qualitative basis (calls, coverage, sales, meetings, customer contacts and medical information provision quality performance ratings etc) by playing an active part in the implementation of SFA project.

4. To assist SPEs to ensure marketing strategy for individual products is linked closely to sales force activities

5. To implement the promotion plan which decided by Sales Supervisor/Manager and continuously improve territory management and activity planning systems within the sales team.

6. To maximize relationships with customers (key users/KDMs) in hospitals in order to maximize sales of the team’s products.

7. To ensure that all activities undertaken by the sales team staff fully comply with the Company’s policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the Peoples Republic of China and all the relevant Codes of Conduct.

主要工作职责
1. Rapidly develop detailed knowledge and understanding of :
1.1 All relevant information on relevant TA products ongoing commitments, issues, schedules.
1.2 All relevant clinical and regulatory guidelines. At least the significant difference that we can use as an advantage or give the appropriate feedback to the team.
1.3 All relevant therapeutic guidelines, consensus statements etc. Have the Key contact to get the information.
1.4 China commercial needs
1.5 Key publications related to the product(s), competitors/ disease area.
2. Manages specific local registration plans for multiple products / franchise of compounds in the therapeutic area.
3. Supports alignment of medical activities with commercial and regulatory needs across the therapeutic franchise / products or disease area
4. Represent GSK medical externally to interact with KOL
5. Review & approval promotional material and commercial meeting content from both scientific and ethical point of view.
6. In association with MSLs, to review requests from external investigators for collaborative research trials.
7. Provide leadership, line management, coaching and training to medical affair team and junior staff reporting to MA physician
8. Ensure S&PPG compliance in business implementation.
