Be the interface between program team and functional engineering;
Deliver program milestone deliverables (quality, timing and cost) along with function;
Ensure and coordinate robust engineering sign off for localized parts with function;
Ensure and coordinate Functional support at Program special events;
Present functional status at weekly Program Steering Team(PST) meeting, Tech Reviews, etc and program milestone reviews;
Chair regular reviews to manage program business with the Function and PMT leader;
Lead local build process for the functional area at all build events managing issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional engineering issue resolution and communication;
Ensure resource requirements are defined by Function and communicated to PM and consistent with Program Direction. Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering;
Minimum of 2 years program management experience for automobile commodities (Body design & release engineering experience is preferred) ;
Good knowledge in Body system (Body in White / Exterior / Interior) and vehicle performance;
Familiar with product development process;
Experience in Quality/Reliability process;

Lead paint on parts materials engineering in support of all Ford Asia Pacific and Africa programs.
Lead and coordinate material expertise to support paint on parts resolution of design, assembly, manufacturing, durability & field issues.
Support management of Global Materials Approval Process - identify suppliers and materials, develop/ review/ approve test validation plans and results per program timing.
Specify the significant and critical performance requirements of paint on parts materials for new programs, review and signoff engineering drawings per program timing.
Implement lessons learned from prior investigations into SDS or material performance specifications / strategies.
Represent APA region in global Paint on Parts tech team defining paint approval/part validation process, and develop / update/ support standards (Trustmark, SDS, Material /Performance Specifications, etc.)
Manage laboratory methods for improved prediction of customer usage and field performance. Qualification Requirements:
B.S. or M.S. in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymers Engineering or related engineering fields
Requires basic understanding of automotive paint.
Excellent English / Mandarin Chinese communication skills, verbal and written required
Technical understanding of international material and testing standards preferred.
In-depth knowledge in painting, printing, coating, and plating processes preferred.

Initial point of contact for IT Infrastructure Global Services provided to APA customer base.
Provide timely communications on upcoming events associated with any significant infrastructure changes that may affect the customer base in APA.
Interfaces primarily with first and second level management, business customers, and the project teams to provide global services reports and feedback on strategic initiative in the region that may need ITO support.
