Responsibilities 1. Drive the process improvement of capacity planning across Discrete Back End Sites 2. Support in demand and capacity allocation process in RFF or budget cycle 3. Lead the Monthly Capacity Alignment Meeting 4. Prepare monthly reports in sales and operation plan cycle 5. Engage in sales and operation plan implementation in Discrete Back End Sites Requirements 1. Bachelor degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines 2. 1-2 years solid experience in the areas of Industrial Engineering function; ideally gain from Semiconductor Industry 3. Strong analytical skill, communication & interpersonal skill and can work independently & under pressure 4. Good knowledge in statistical, data analysis tools and improvement proposal Please pay attention: This position is recruited for NXP-HongKong. The work location is in HongKong. 需出差香港
