Master degree, around 3 years design or FAE support
Solid understanding of analog fundamental knowledge, rich experience in either power or signal chain (For ZH); strong experience in power design preferred (For DG).

Responsible for the development of new or modified process formulations, definition of processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications
Review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors
Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods
Recommends and prepares changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing
Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications
Follows standard practices in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
Deploy quality standard / criteria to related subcontractor and drive subcon to fix the gap with requirement
Fan-out the lesson learnt from other make site to related subcon and verify the actual situation and action taken to make sure no same quality issue will be occurred in the subcons
Monitor subcons process performance and drive them continuous improvement
Work with subcon for implementation any quality requirement from customer & customer quality issue investigation and C/A implementation
Coordinate Subcon performance review, and drive for continuous improvement Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Equivalent experience in planning, coordinating, and scheduling assembly and test engineering program.
Work experience above 3 years
CET 6 is preferred

Accelerate analog design in process and shorten Din to Dwin process to assigned territory or customer
Understand & Identify customer needs and dig out opportunities for TI analog products in assigned territory.
Work as the local technical champion to help build and strength local customer team’s technical capability through product trainings/workshops and customer promotion as necessary
Solid understanding and experience in field of EE HW design is must-have to support customer trouble shooting
Closed communication with sales and other internal teams (FAE team, Product Business unit, Marketing and Business development team)
Tracking & reporting out key project technical stuffs
Analog products include Power, Amp, Data Converter, Interface etc. Qualifications:
Bachelor above majoring in: EE or Power Electronic
At least 3 years experience in power or EE Hardware hand-on design
Good communication skill, team work, self-discipline and aggressive
Fluent English communication
Familiar with schematics design/PCB layout and EMI knowledge
Deep power or EE theoretic background
Familiar with computing, Power supply system structure etc
