岗位基本职责：
1.实施潜在供应商质量评审，确认供应商品质保证能力
2.主持供应商零件开发阶段工作，如项目评审，过程评审，APQP，PPAP，产能评估等
3.验证供应商开发各阶段样件品质水平和过程能力
4.监控供应商量产实绩，指导持续改进
1.Perform Potential Supplier Assessment,assess suppliers' quality assurance capability.2.Take lead the work with suppliers,such as program review,process control plan audit,APQP,PPAP,capacity evaluation, and so on. 3.Confirm the quality of components and suppliers' process capability. 4.Track the suppliers' quality performance,lead the suppliers' continuous improvement. 基本任职要求：
1、学历：大学本科及以上
2、专业：汽车、机械、电子、化工、材料、动力
3、整车厂或者大型零部件厂3年以上供应商质量管理或者工厂质量管理工作经验
4、熟悉TS16949等质量体系和GD&T，掌握APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC等常用质量工具
5、英语听说读写熟练
6、良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识1.Academic degree: bachelor or above.2.Major:Auto,Mechanic,Electic,Chemical,Material,Engine 3.3 years or above supplier quality or quality in OEM or Auto component company. 4.Familiar with quality system like TS16949,familiar with GD&T,and quality tools like APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC5.Fluent in English writing and speaking. 6.Good communication skills and teamwork

1 Quantify action plans to provide clear ownership when executing targets
2 Co-work with product cost engineers, responsible for target setting for each part
3 Establish strategic studies on China market and competitive environment
4 implement and optimize cost analysis tools to provide tools for buyers on commercial negotiation
5 drive for continuous improvement in terms of performance and lowest total cost with the supply base, utilizing lean processes and other appropriate supply management tools including value improvement activities, cost reduction and market competitive analysis
基本任职要求：
1 bachelor degree and above
2 major in engineering, automobile preferred
3 minimun 5-year relevant work experience on purchasing or product engineering in automobile field
4 have technical & financial experience
5 strong data analysis skills
6 have an understanding and commitment to the continuous business improvement process
