Supply Quality Engineer   2012-5-15

Continuously fully comply with all GMP standard /ISO 13485 requirements. Maintain the local Quality system and implement all quality requirements. Conduct monitoring and trend analysis for Quality System implementation in the supplier management. Provide guidance on Quality Assurance/GMP/FDA-QSR related topics. Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition. Develop, coordinate and/or implement root cause problem solving, preventive and corrective actions. Analyzes reports and/or returned products and recommends corrective action. Work as key project leader for product transfer and management of supplier related PPAP process. Set supplier performance program and objectives and makes sure that targets are achieved by monitoring performance/trending against defined parameters. Communicate status of the projects; establish and execute systematic project review and update process Conduct external audits and may support internal audits. Supplier assessments and provide variety of sourcing support activities, including supplier consolidation. Support Product verification, Process validation, Reliability testing and Component qualification.

Roles and responsibilities: 1.Continuously fully comply will all GMP standard requirements. 2.Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition. 3.Work as a key member in product transfer projects. Work with project engineer and manufacturing engineer on the knowledge transfer from sending site. 4.Will design, set up and perform routine to non-routine experiments of moderate scope which comply with all engineering and regulatory standards. 5.Will extract and process test data/findings into both formal and written and verbal reports which comply with all engineering and regulatory standards. 6.Will be required to comply with documentation procedures. 7.Will work from engineering schematics or blueprints to perform accurate checks and tests. 8.Will set up and perform new products/equipment/tooling validation or qualifications. 9.May interact with vendors to resolve repair, inspection and/or quote components and/or equipment. 10.Will work from written and/or verbal instructions. 11.May train others on technical functions or procedures. 12.Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine testing and/or equipment issues using independent judgment. 13.Must be able to observe and note minute inconsistencies. 14.Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately. 15.Must be able to prioritize work effectively. 16.Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately. 17.Reading, writing, math, and measuring skills. 18.Blueprint/engineering schematic reading and interpretations. 19.Intermediate PC and appropriate application skills. 20.Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools (e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammer, etc.), and common test equipment (e.g., micrometer, peel tested, data loggers, etc.). 21.Excellent problem solving skills. 22.Effective interpersonal communication skills.
