Qualifications:

Major Responsibilities
Communication with BMW Group for development and approval the production processes at suppliers to ensure that purchased parts meet the specification.
Conduct the problem solving process for supplier related problems and monitor the open corrective action in the assembly.
Generate the 0km Defects Report, monthly Supplier Evaluation and other specific data.
Guarantee the defined parts quality status before the various build phases, during series production
Reducing rework time and claim costs by applying all necessary problem solving actions.
Ensure usage of BMW QMT tools, improve processes, arification on BMW Standards as needed.
Responsible for Complaint Report writing.
Trigger and lead Continuous Improvement Process for all technologies in order to ensure parts quality and reduce costs and financial loss from rejected claims

-Material Planning and Control according to the production program, resource balancing, capacity and availability control of all parts.
-Shortage Management and usage of emergency strategies to assure in time delivery of all parts.
-Safety stock implementation, control of stock level and supervision of inventory.
