Responsibilities
-Build operation mechanism for daily office administrative management
-Ensure to provide proper resources to satisfy country level administrative service requirement
-Setup compliant environment for administrative procurement
-Implement administrative service processes in country level
-Manage overall satisfaction on administrative works
-Ensure internal comtrol for all general procurement process
-Responsible for sourcing and supplier selection for general procurement
Education & Experience & Skill
-Bachelor degree in Management/Economy/Human Resource or other management related major.
-At least 3 years management experience in administrative services domain.
-Chinese mandarin skill is a must. Fluent in oral and writing for both of Chinese and English.
-Fast learner, good communicator and stimulator, team player, firm executor and rapid tracker.
-Working hard and be able to perform well under high and constant pressure.
-Excellent skill of MS Office (Excel Word Powerpoint).
